1. Introduction
Welcome to GoFarmFresh, a marketplace connecting local Irish producers with customers seeking fresh, honest products. These terms apply to all vendors (farmers, growers, makers, and producers) who register and sell on the GoFarmFresh platform.
By creating a vendor account, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which form a legally binding agreement between you and GoFarmFresh.
2. Eligibility & Standards
- Vendors must be based in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland.
- You may only sell items you have grown, produced, or made yourself.
- Products must be suitable for transport and not require refrigeration.
- GoFarmFresh supports food and non-food items (e.g. crafts, soaps), provided they are Irish-made.
3. Account & Store Setup
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your store name, description, pricing, and inventory.
- You must provide up-to-date payment details in order to receive payouts.
- A store profile photo or logo is encouraged but optional.
4. Payments & Commission
- GoFarmFresh collects payments on your behalf via Stripe, bank transfer, or PayPal.
- A 20% fee is added to the buyer’s total — this is GoFarmFresh’s platform fee.
- You receive the full product price; there are no listing or subscription fees.
- Payouts are available once the order is marked completed and the balance exceeds €1.00.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Vendors are fully responsible for packing, dispatching, and delivering products to buyers.
- You must provide honest delivery timeframes and ship in a timely manner.
- Perishable or unsuitable items for delivery are not permitted.
6. Returns, Refunds & Complaints
- You are responsible for managing buyer returns or refunds, in line with Irish consumer law.
- GoFarmFresh will not handle returns on your behalf but may assist with dispute resolution.
- Complaints may be escalated to hello@gofarmfresh.ie if needed.
7. Product Listings
- Listings must be accurate, honest, and comply with Irish law (e.g. food safety, labelling).
- Misleading or inappropriate content is not allowed.
- GoFarmFresh reserves the right to remove listings that do not meet platform standards.
8. Data Protection
- GoFarmFresh collects and processes only essential information needed for accounts and orders.

- You must not misuse buyer data or share it outside the scope of order fulfilment.
9. Termination
- You may close your vendor account at any time.
